It is not often i feel compelled to write regarding a service recived, but in this case it is most deserving.

When i dropped the Mercedes to you this week, I was dreading the outcome. As i mentioned to you, another Mercedes specialist advised the fuel distributor needed replacement. Following this i detected a problem with the transmission. I was a little reassured when you thought the problems may not be as bad as first thought.

Now that i have recieved the car back following your service, i can say two very definite things. Firstly, its such a pleasure to find a dedicated and honest businessman still exists, (not that i should have doubted this having had dealings with you over the past 6 years or so) and secondly, the car has NEVER performed as well as it does now.
